FENG-CHI CHEN
INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR
Feng-Chi Chen from Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, was elected to serve a two-year term as an
international director of Lions Clubs International at the association’s 105th International
Convention in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, July 7 through July 11, 2023.
Director Chen has more than 20 years of experience across several industries including
construction and land development, equipment manufacturing and restaurants. He is CEO of four
corporations including Louise Technology, Jiang-Xin Engineering Co., Ltd, Lee-An Engineering
Co., Ltd and Hao Zheng Dian. Most notably, he is responsible for the design and ironwork
engineering of the PJ Asset Management Group in Taiwan.
After finding success in business, Director Chen began to look for even more ways to give back
to his hometown and community. By chance, he participated at a Lions blood donation project in
2007 and was drawn in by the spirit of friendship and service. Inspired by what he saw, he
became a Lion and has served with the Warner Lions Club ever since. He has held a number of
offices within the association including executive director of MD300 as well as chief honorary
president of MD300.
In recognition of his service to the association, he has received numerous awards including
multiple International President’s Leadership Awards and the LCIF Helping Hands Award. He
has been honored with the Ambassador of Good Will Award—the highest honor the association
bestows upon its members. He is also a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow.
Director Chen and his wife, Pei-Fen Lee, have two children
