Lion Dr.N Krishne Gowda pmjf

Immediate Past District Governor

Born in the agricultural family in Mandya District; He holds M.com., and LLB., degree from Mysore University and M.B.A., from C.V.Raman University. He is a practicing Auditor and Legal consultant in the city of Mysore for the last 30 + years.

In the year 2014, Honourable Governor of Karnataka nominated him as the Syndicate member of Kuvempu University, Shimoga. He served here for 3 years with utmost dedication. His services were recognized and in 2019 he was nominated as Syndicate Member for the prestigious KSOU, Mysore.

It's a matter of great pride that Lion Dr. N.Krishne Gowda's presentation on 'Appraisal of International Human Resource Management Practices' was awarded Doctorate by prestigious Rajastan's Singhania University in December- 2022.

Adding another feather to his cap, very prestigious VTU, Belgaum, Honourable Governor of Karnataka nominated him as its Syndicate Member.

Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow Lion Dr.N.Krishne Gowda joined Lions movement in the year 2004 through Lions Club of Mysore Jayalakshmipuram. He then went on to form a new club LCM Vivekanandanagar and served the club as the Charter President. He has served as the Cabinet Officer in various capacities and has been awarded as the Best Zone Chairperson, Best Region Chairperson and Best District Chairperson.

In order to render permanent services to society and towards building a hospital, Lion Dr.N.Krishne Gowda has donated his corner site worth Ninety Lakhs to Lions Club of Mysore Vivekanandanagar Vishwamanava Trust.

Apart from his professional affiliation with many organizations, he is also active member of prestigious clubs in Mysore like Jayachamarajendra Wadiyar Golf Club, Cosmopolitan Club, Vijayanagar Sports Club, Vontikoppal Club, Royal City Club, Mysore Sports Club, Power Friends Club. Currently he is serving as the President of Viveka Social Club. He is also a Life Member of Bharathiya Vidhya Bhavana, ISKCON, Krishika Sarvodaya Foundation and donor member of K.H.Ramaiah Vidhyarthi Nilaya.

Lion Dr. N. Krishne Gowda is happily married to Lion B.Hemavathi who is also the charter member of Lions Club of Mysore Vivekanandanagar and the couple is blessed with a Son Madan K.Gowda who is practicing as advocate and a daughter Dr. Jeevika K. Gowda who is practicing Doctor after completing MBBS.

Lion Dr. N. Krishna Gowda has been District Governor of New District 317G in 2023-24. He has been unanimously elected as Multiple Council Chairperson for the year 2024-25
